What is the minimum order quantity for promotional car air fresheners?
It depends on the model: vent clip, bottle and spray fresheners start at 500 pieces, while cardboard and some hanging models start at 1,000 pieces. The minimum quantity for each product is shown on its product page.
How quickly will I receive a price quote?
Once you send us the model, quantity, fragrance and print details, we send your quote the same day during business hours. You can also request a quick quote via our WhatsApp line.
How many fragrance options are there?
We offer 34 fragrances in four groups: economy, standard, premium and elite. You can browse all fresh, fruity, sweet and perfume-style notes on our Fragrances page.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Just send us your logo and contact details; our graphic design team will prepare a print-ready draft and send it to you for approval.
Can the freshener be die-cut in the shape of my logo?
For cardboard and hanging car air fresheners, we create a custom die-cut in the silhouette of your logo, mascot or product. The die is kept and reused for future orders.
Can I see a sample before production?
Every order comes with a digital proof for your approval before production. For eligible models, you can also request a physical sample at the quotation stage.
How long do production and delivery take?
After design approval, production is usually completed within 7–15 business days, depending on quantity and model. The exact lead time is stated in your quote.
Do you ship throughout Turkey?
Yes. Orders are packed by carton and shipped to every province in Turkey by courier or freight carrier; split deliveries to individual branches can also be arranged.
Do you issue corporate invoices?
Yes. A corporate invoice is issued in your company's name for every order; simply provide your billing details when confirming the order.
What format should I send my design file in?
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the best results. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG; if needed, our graphic team will make your file print-ready.
Can I produce different designs in the same order?
Yes. Keeping the total quantity, different designs or fragrances can be planned within the same order; we finalize the details at the quotation stage.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer after design approval. For corporate customers, invoicing and shipping details are set when the order is confirmed.
