If you are planning a bulk car air freshener order for the first time, the process may seem bigger than it is. In fact the steps are clear: quote, model and fragrance selection, logo submission, digital preview approval, sample, production, packaging and shipping. In this guide we explain what is expected from you at each step, what we do, and the common mistakes that slow things down.

1. Quote and Minimum Quantity

The process starts with a quote request in which you share the model, estimated quantity, print and fragrance details. We send your quote within working hours on the day you send this information. The minimum order quantity depends on the model: vent clip, bottle and spray products generally start at 500 pieces, cardboard and some hanging models at 1,000. 2. Model and Fragrance Selection

If you are undecided, start from your purpose. For high-volume distribution, cardboard air fresheners fit; for visibility on the rear-view mirror, hanging air fresheners are suitable. If you want a clean look and a product that stands out through its packaging, vent clip air fresheners can also be considered. On the fragrance side there are 34 options in four groups: economic, standard, premium and elite. Planning different designs or fragrances within one order while keeping the total quantity is possible; we clarify this detail at the quote stage.

3. Submitting the Logo and Design File

The best results come with vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files; if necessary our graphics team prepares your file for print. 4. Digital Preview Approval

For every order, a digital preview is submitted for your approval before production. Here the logo position, colours, spelling, cut shape and legibility are checked. Once you approve, the file is final for production, so review the preview without rushing, ideally together with the relevant teams. Typos, wrong phone numbers and missing logo details are most often noticed at this stage. If you request a correction, a new preview is prepared.

5. Sample

For suitable models you can request a physical sample. Stating your sample request at the quote stage shortens the process. A sample is especially useful when you choose a new model, a custom cut or a premium fragrance, to see the fragrance intensity and print quality in hand. Production starts after sample approval.

6. Production

We produce your products at our own facility in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. Because printing, cutting, fragrance impregnation or filling are carried out under one roof, we can follow the process closely. After design approval, production is generally completed within 7–15 working days depending on quantity and model; the exact time is stated in your quote. Payment is taken by bank transfer after design approval, and a corporate invoice is issued in your company's name.

7. Packaging

According to the packaging setup you choose, products are bagged individually, placed on backing cards or boxed, and then packed in cartons. If you are distributing to several units, it is enough to tell us in advance that the cartons should be split by branch.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Your orders are sent to every province in Türkiye by cargo or freight. Delivery split by branch can also be planned. Providing the delivery address, contact person and phone number completely ensures the goods reach you on time and without problems. We recommend checking the number of cartons when you receive them.

Because the design, custom cutting die and preview steps are completed with the first order, repeat orders move much faster. If you want to reproduce the same design, it is often enough to send the quantity and fragrance; if you want a new design or fragrance, only those steps are repeated.

• Sending a low-resolution logo: A pixelated file prints blurry. Send a vector file if possible.
